How do I make a deposit?

You may deposit funds from your bank account, such as New Zealand Dollars, or you may deposit digital currency, such as bitcoin, into your Dasset Account. To make a national currency or digital currency deposit:

Log into your Dasset Account with your email address and password. 

You can deposit national currency or crypto into your Dasset account by navigating to >Balances and selecting the currency you would like to deposit. 

Select >Deposit next to the currency or asset you wish to deposit, then follow the prompted instructions.

Deposit times vary depending on the type of currency and deposit. Bank transfers take 1-3 business days, while NZD transfers via POLiPay are typically same-day. Digital currency deposits will generally take 1-2 hours to process, depending on the network. However digital currency deposit times may take significantly longer depending on the transaction fee, congestion, and type of wallet or transaction that is being processed on that currency's network.

You can deposit national currency in a few different ways, such as POLiPay or bank transfer. POLiPay deposits are instant (1% fee), while bank transfers typically take between 1-3 business days.
