Deposit times vary depending on your deposit method bank and bank provider.

POLiPay

If you are funding your Account via POLiPay, the funds will be shown in your Dasset balance immediately. There is a deposit fee of 0.30 NZD + 1%, capped at 3.00 NZD.

Bank transfer

We accept bank deposits within 2 hours of being received in our Account. Transfers from your bank account generally take 1 - 2 business days before being available for use in your Dasset Account. Please contact support if you do not receive your bank deposit after 2 business days. Dasset does not charge any deposit fees.

 If you make a deposit after 5:00PM Friday, you may not receive your bank deposit until Tuesday the following week.

Please note: you must make the deposit from your New Zealand bank account, or there will be deposit delays. If you are an individual and you are transferring funds from a business or trust, the legal entity must be verified to complete the deposit.
