Dasset will attempt to recover funds which fall under three scenarios.
- Cross-chain Deposits
- Removed Wallet Token Recovery
- Unsupported ERC20 Token Recovery

Not all deposits can be recovered and the time frame for recovery is at our discretion.
This policy DOES NOT apply to deposits with incorrect or missing memos on currencies such as CryptoNote, NXT, BitShares, XRP, STEEM, or any others that rely on a message/memo/tag for crediting deposits.
- BCH/BSV Crosschain deposits will NOT be recovered. Please use caution when sending BCH/BSV as there is no replay protection
Note: We will not recover funds that were distributed as part of an ICO.
This policy DOES apply to deposits sent to an address of another coin on another network. This includes but is not limited to:
- Sending, for example, BTC to a BCH address
- Sending an OMNI/XCP asset to ANY address other than the one assigned
- Sending ETH to an ETC address
It is possible that some tokens may not be recoverable. In the event your tokens are not recoverable, Dasset will return the recovery fee, minus any transaction fees or other expenses.
Crosschain Deposit Recovery
Crosschain - A deposit of one coin to a different coins address is considered a cross-chain deposit. Recovering coins cross-chain is an inherently dangerous and time-consuming process. Dasset charges a fee for recovering crosschain transactions, and not all transactions are economical to recover. Please contact support@dasset.co.nz for current fees and processing information.
Removed Wallet Token Recovery
Dasset will attempt to recover tokens from wallets that have been removed. Dasset notifies customers prior to removing wallets for a token from the exchange. Dasset also provides a minimum of 30 days for customers to withdraw funds from wallets that are scheduled to be removed from the exchange. Customers who do not withdraw their funds before the communicated deadline will be subject to a recovery fee for the wallet balance of the individual token they wish Dasset to recover on their behalf. Unsupported ERC20 Token Recovery
Dasset will attempt to recover unsupported ERC20 tokens sent to the exchange for a fee. Please contact support@dasset.co.nz for current fees and processing information.
It is possible that some tokens may not be recoverable. In the event your tokens are not recoverable, Dasset will return the recovery fee, minus any transaction fees or other expenses.
